
Get a great cardio and strength workout. Do 20 reps of legs, 20 reps of abs, 20 reps of arms, then 2 minutes of cardio for 3 rounds. If you dont have access to a gym or a treadmill, set a timer for two minutes and alternate between your favorite cardio exercises like jumping jacks, burpees, high knees, jump rope, etc.
