#doitchallenge #mytrophylife 2 thumbs way up for this BOOT CAMP style workout. I used 2 sets of DBs 10lb and 5lb plus a weight bench. I almost threw-up twice...seriously! I wasn't ready for this ass kicker but I got it...and I loved every second.
